How to get started
- Check your eligibility. You know you’re eligible for Lenovo benefits if you’re a regular employee (or a supplemental employee with benefits), work 20 or more hours per week, and get your paycheck from Lenovo.
- Adding family members to your Lenovo benefits? Save yourself some time by making sure you have their Social Security numbers and birthdates handy when you’re ready to enroll.
- Get well acquainted with your Lenovo benefits by perusing the pages on this site.
- Review your health care expenses for the past year so that you can select the best benefits for you and your family (and your bank account).
- Spend some time exploring the benefits that require action:
- Medical
- Dental
- Vision
- Health Savings Account (if you enroll in the Lenovo Health Saver medical plan)
- Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
- Commuter benefits
- Supplemental insurance (accidental injury, critical illness, hospital care)

- Keep in mind that you automatically receive these benefits at no cost to you:
- Short-term and long-term disability
- Employee Assistance Program
- Access to the Lenovo Wellness Center

- Register via the Lenovo Benefits Administration Center site by clicking the Register button and creating your username and password.
- Enroll in the Lenovo benefits that are the best fit for you and your family.
- Enrolling in the Lenovo Health Saver Plan for medical coverage? Don’t forget to set up your Health Savings Account (HSA). Lenovo will contribute to your HSA — that’s free money you’d be missing out on. After you enroll, watch for an email with more details.
- Adjust your Lenovo Savings Plan 401(k) contributions via Fidelity. You’re automatically enrolled at a 6% pretax contribution level, but you have lots of flexibility (and investment options) to help take your savings to the next level.
- Make sure your money lands in the right hands. Designate beneficiaries for your life insurance and 401(k) plan.
- Paying off student loans? Consider signing up for the Student Debt Repayment Program through Fidelity Investments.
Don’t forget!
- Watch for any evidence of insurability requirements (if applicable).
- Most of our benefits have a mobile app that gives you all the info you need at your fingertips.
- Make the most of your Lenovo benefits. Keep visiting this site throughout the year to remind yourself of all the great resources available to you — and then be sure to use them!
