2019 Monthly Paycheck Contributions

Health care costs are on the rise nationally, and Lenovo’s costs are rising too. Lenovo will absorb a portion of these additional costs, but your monthly cost for medical coverage will increase on all plans except Kaiser (Northern CA). Employee-only coverage for Dental Basic remains free, and there will be no change to your monthly cost for dental or vision insurance.

Reduced Long-Term Disability (LTD) Benefit

Starting in 2019, the LTD benefit will pay 60%, rather than 67%, of your pay. The benefit will still pay up to $30,000 a month, beyond 180 days.
